Rojak.app is an AI content platform for creators and sellers in Southeast Asia. There are two tools. Motion Sync: upload a face photo plus a reference TikTok video, and AI replaces the character in that video with your face, with natural motion sync. UGC Ads: upload your face plus a product photo, and AI produces a set of images of you holding that product, ready for ads.

A video you make on Rojak is not a single click. To produce one finished output we run several different AI models behind the scenes:
Doing all of this by hand means using several separate tools for character generation, motion editing and video editing. That can take 30 to 60 minutes per video plus subscriptions to several platforms at once, easily USD 30 to 100 a month in total.
Rojak combines that whole pipeline into one click. What we charge is based on the actual processing one output requires, plus a reasonable margin to keep the servers running, support customers and keep adding features.
The bigger the pack, the cheaper each video gets. That is why the Pro pack (RM 199 / 7900 credits) works out 33% cheaper per video than Cuba Dulu (RM 15 / 400 credits).
FPX (Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank, Bank Islam, Hong Leong, AmBank and others), GrabPay eWallet, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Everything is charged in Malaysian Ringgit. Cards issued outside Malaysia work normally, and your bank applies its usual conversion rate.
Higgsfield is powerful for full character creation (AI Influencer Studio, image generation with Nano Banana Pro). But it bills in USD at Western prices, with a $10 minimum top-up.
Rojak does one thing: Motion Sync video. The upsides: regional pricing in RM rather than USD, local payment methods including FPX and GrabPay, and one free video to start. If all you want is Motion Sync for TikTok, Rojak is simpler and cheaper.
Reface and Pica AI are mobile apps that watermark their output, cap it at roughly 5-15 seconds, and generally use static face swapping. Rojak runs in the browser with no app to install, adds no watermark to paid output, supports videos up to 30 seconds, and produces more natural Motion Sync because it uses Kling 2.6, a more advanced model.
Rojak's second tool, for people who sell things. Upload a photo of your face + a product photo, and AI produces a set of images of you holding that product, ready to run as ads. Use it to sell your own products or to earn through affiliate links. Once the set is ready you can pick one image, type a sales line, and AI makes a short video of you saying it in a local voice.

Yes, that is exactly what it is built for. The "Force TikTok ratio" toggle is ON by default, so output is always 1080×1920 (9:16) which fits TikTok and Reels perfectly. If your reference video is a different shape (square or landscape), it is automatically padded with black bars top and bottom to keep it 9:16.
Usually 1-3 minutes for a 5-30 second video. If it takes longer than 5 minutes something has gone wrong, and your credits are refunded automatically.
No. Only your own face, or someone who has clearly given you their consent. Not allowed: a friend's face without permission, celebrities, public figures, politicians, anyone under 18, or content involving religion or Malaysian royalty. Accounts that break this are suspended.
Yes. Every file is encrypted (HTTPS plus Vercel Blob storage). They are used only to generate your video and are deleted automatically within 2 minutes of it finishing. We do not use them to train AI and we do not share them with anyone. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
Credits are refunded automatically. The usual causes are a face that is not clear enough, a reference video where the upper body is not visible, or content the AI cannot process. You can try again with different inputs. For anything else, email hello@rojak.app.
Unused credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, just email hello@rojak.app. Credits already spent on a generation are not refundable, because we have already paid fal.ai for that compute. Failed generations refund your credits automatically.
Yes. Log in, go to /studio/account, and click "Delete my account". All your data, including your credit balance, is deleted within 30 days.
