Yes, to start. Sign up with your email and eligible new accounts get 100 free credits, which is 1 free video (5 seconds, watermarked). No bank card needed.
100 credits is enough for 1 Learn the Move video (5 seconds), or 1 UGC Ads photo set, or 1 passport photo download. The free video is watermarked; once your account has paid, your videos have no watermark. Character Into Video costs more: 300 credits = 1 video of 5 seconds. Sign up through a friend's link and you get 300 free credits (a regular signup gets 100).
The free credits are one time only, for new accounts. Eligible means your email and your internet connection have never claimed them before. After that you pay for a video, or become an Ahli Rojak member, if you like.
Videos are ready in 3 to 8 minutes. A UGC Ads photo set is ready in about 30 seconds. A talking UGC Ads video takes 2 to 3 minutes.
You can close the page and we email you when it is ready. If it is still not ready after 20 minutes, something went wrong and your credits are returned automatically.
Yes. Everything runs in your phone's browser (Safari or Chrome). No app to download, no computer needed.

You pay for one video when you make it, with no subscription. The price depends on the length of the video:
If you make a lot, become an Ahli Rojak member: RM29 a month, auto-renews, with 1200 credits every month (12 videos of 5 seconds). Member credits carry over to next month while you are a member, and are lost when the membership ends. Cancel any time.
Credits you have already bought never expire. One 5 second video = 100 credits.
One video is not just one AI click. Behind the scenes, several AI steps run to make one finished result, including a quality check before the video is made so your credits are not wasted.
Longer videos cost more to make, so the price goes up with the number of seconds.

Yes, it is made for that. Your video comes out vertical (9:16, 1080×1920), which fits TikTok and Reels straight away. If your original video is another shape (square or wide), we add black bars at the top and bottom so it becomes vertical.
For people who sell things. You pick who holds the product (a ready-made character, or your own photo) and send a product photo. In about 30 seconds you get a set of 4 photos of that person holding your product, ready for ads. Use it to sell your own goods, or to earn with affiliate.

No. If it fails, your credits are returned automatically. Common reasons: the face is not clear in the photo, the person's upper body is not visible in the video, or the content is something the AI cannot process. Try again with a different photo or video.

Unused credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, email hello@rojak.app. Credits already used cannot be refunded because the processing cost is already paid. Failed videos get their credits returned automatically.
Only your own face, or someone who has clearly given permission. Do not use a friend's face without permission, or a celebrity, public figure, politician or anyone under 18. Content involving religion or the Malaysian royalty is not allowed either. Accounts that break this are suspended. Anime and AI characters are fine.
We do not sell your photos or videos and do not use them to train AI. To make your result, your files are sent over HTTPS to AI providers such as fal.ai. Uploads on rojak.app from 3 October 2026: face photos and reference videos for the move video are deleted as soon as the video is ready (if deletion or generation fails, within 4 days); selfies and product photos for the 4 product photos within 4 days. What you send on WhatsApp is deleted within 7 days (type padam in the chat to do it right away). Uploads from before 3 October are not deleted automatically: email hello@rojak.app and we delete them. Our stored copy of move video results stays until you delete your account or ask us to delete them; other results stay until you ask us to delete them. We cannot delete copies held by processors such as fal.ai. Full details in Privacy Policy.
Yes. Log in, open /studio/account and tap Delete account. It deletes your account, history, linked uploads and your move video results. Other results (style images, revived photos, 4 product photos) and older uploads: email hello@rojak.app or message us on WhatsApp and we delete them. We cannot delete copies held by processors such as fal.ai.
Higgsfield is good for building full AI characters. But you pay in USD, the interface is English only, and the minimum top-up is USD 10.
Rojak focuses on videos and pictures you can post straight away: pay in RM, a Bahasa Malaysia interface, FPX and GrabPay accepted, and 1 free video (5 seconds, watermarked) for eligible new accounts.
Reface and Pica AI are phone apps with watermarks, results of at most 5 to 15 seconds, and they usually swap faces on still photos. Rojak runs in the browser (no app to install), has no watermark on paid results, supports videos up to 30 seconds, and the movement looks more natural.
